Хэйлунцзянский университет (HLJU) — это многопрофильный вуз с уклоном на гуманитарные науки. Ключевым профилем вуза является преподавание иностранных языков. В HLJU есть уникальное направление китайско-русского перевода, включая синхронный перевод, а также есть курсы повышения квалификации для преподавателей китайского языка.
Хэйлунцзянский университет основан в 1941 году. На сегодняшний день вуз известен своей специализацией в гуманитарных науках. Ключевой профиль университета — преподавание иностранных языков.
Вуз имеет разрешение на проведение международного экзамена HSK и экзамена по деловому китайскому (ВСТ). HLJU является сооснователем Китайско-российского института, где готовят студентов по шести направлениям: биология, математика, физика, химия, экономика и юриспруденция.
HLJU уделяет особое внимание лингвистическим мероприятиям и организует поездки студентов на языковые конкурсы в Пекин, Тяньцзин, Шанхай и другие города.
