В TCU обучается около 17400 студентов, включая более 900 магистрантов. Университет предлагает более 50 бакалаврских и свыше 30 магистерских программ.
Тяньцзиньский университет строительства и градостроительства (Tianjin Chengjian University) — государственный технический вуз, основанный в 1978 году в Тяньцзине. Университет специализируется на архитектуре, градостроительстве, строительных технологиях, экологии и инженерии. Здесь обучается около 17 400 студентов, среди которых есть иностранные студенты, а в штате работает более 1 300 преподавателей и научных сотрудников.
Университет предлагает более 50 бакалаврских и свыше 30 магистерских программ, а также ведёт научную деятельность в области «умных городов», зелёного строительства и устойчивого развития. Кампус включает учебные корпуса, современные лаборатории, спортивные площадки, библиотеку и общежития.
TCU входит в топ‑400 вузов Китая и около 3 300 места в мире по версии EduRank, активно сотрудничает с зарубежными университетами из Европы, Австралии и Азии, реализует совместные проекты и англоязычные программы обучения.
Вузы регулярно участвуют в нескольких китайских рейтингах. Есть отраслевые рейтинги, когда присваивается место по определенной дисциплине, и сводные рейтинги — Вуз оцениваем по совокупности показателей.
BJTU является одним из первых вузов, отобранных в проекты 985 и 211, а также одним из первых учреждений, уполномоченных присваивать кандидатские и докторские степени.
